I get it, the virus and all, but damn, there should have been more than 3 Apexes at launch. Why do Rathalos, Zinogre, and Diablos come later? I guess updating an unfinished game is better than it coming out late.

@Mr Person Man Thing Not in Apex form, check the leaks. Amazon accidentally shipped some copies. You can see the final boss Narwa already. We only have 2 elders in game as of launch, and Teostra, Kushala Daora, and Chameleos are coming in the Title Update un late April. The endgame right now is Rajang, Ibushi, and Narwa. There is only Apex Mizustune, Rathian, and Arzuros right now. I know 1 month isn't much of a wait, but I always blow through a Monster Hunter game before doing every quest, so that might be a problem...

The fuck are you on about? They never said anything about the amount of apex monsters in the game. The only title update monster we know about is chameleos and the one's you listed are already in the game.

Guess what Rise haters...all of that? Up to five monsters at a time, up to four hunters, up to four buddies(one per hunter) and up to two NPCs? This game runs smoother then you imagined, doesn't it? Before y'all say "oh but that's definitely the pc version" FALSE! PC ain't coming out for another year, no way they'd be showing that right now..and besides, gameplay of the pc version will probably be mostly the same as the switch version, and for those who want a PS5 port..suck it up, it isn't happening

I love that this is like a portable MHW but with even more features. After playing MHW, i couldn't get back in to MHGU because I liked the smoother mechanics World had over the aged mechanics of the older game

I don't like this type of quest, but still I am very curious to try it. I can already imagine playing it with the Switch FPS XD

this is cool and all but please is there a guiding lands or something similar for the endgame like in iceborne? because that's why i have more than 1500 hours in iceborne! guiding lands is the best thing that ever happened in a monster hunter game.

People have gotten the game from Amazon early, and one of them have posted about the endgame on their Twitter. It's basically rampages for better gear, with really cool buffs. You can have up to 3 rampage skills at once. For a weapon.

Its cool they are trying to add different game modes in future tittles, hunt is always fun but is cool to have other stuff to do with the gang

I want to see how the Rampage is played in solo, it's often with Multiplayer... Cuz even though the difficulty will be in scale on how many hunters, it still doesn't convince me that solo is manageable but rather stressful.

@Mr Person Man Thing One thing, the player is not playing solo since theres another hunter putting a ballista at 1:45. While it has left me some relief the fact that the ballista is able to be destroyed, monsters attacking the player using the ballista, monster focusing on gate and multiple monster is kind of worrying.

It has a Fluid difficulty . U can solo that Like everyone Else. Monster gain HP With every Hunter who joins. Try it

There are so many ways you could handle these. You could try to set up auto attack artillery and use the hunters on the monsters, or something. But the different monster roles makes me very unsure of which on to go after first. Each of them are equally as scary

Does dung bomb still works in this quest?

A.I Allies Thank God I don't have to try and one man army an entire horde. Trying to hold off a big ass monster by myself isn't exactly the most fun experience for me (Damn Shen Gaoren)

The big thing here is that you will be able to upgrade your fort permanently so we don t go through all thise every time. Or rather we get to harder waves more efficiently the more we play rampage! Sounds very fun to me :)

My only concern atm is how does this scale for less people, and how necessary are the rewards from rampages to progress your gear. Cuz I have friends to do this with and a good connection, but not everyone does.

As much as people love that i never did like a non stop mode. Like imagine working at a mc donalds and their no breaks you keep running around till you get fired. I don't want to hate this mode cause i need to set everything before the next wave comes then get more sloppy as time goes on.

If Rajang arrives in a rampage it will be like reverse bloons tower defence.

I wish they would give us information on the Rampage solo Style since I'm actually taking on not minis monster solo and I doubt this is not going to be involved in the story so there's got to be some way they can substitute real Hunters like NPC Hunters that are trash are still useful

@Black _Heart74 that would be enough for me since you're doing with a whole bunch of monsters of blunts in if it's only NPCs money ballistas but this is a different situation than in world world. Empty seat at exactly in the area with a monster is placed only one giant monster now whole stampede

Well, you can see NPC hunters manning some of the ballistas in one of the gameplays, so I’m thinking the monsters health will be scaled for solo, and you’ll get NPC hunters that will man some of the ballistic instillations.
